Louisiana man allegedly high on PCP drives over his sister’s head, killing her, police say
A Louisiana woman died after she attempted to stop her brother from taking their sibling’s car and he ran over her head, authorities said.
Eric Dewayne Long, 43, was charged with vehicular homicide following his sister's death from her injuries on Aug. 2 at Ochsner Health Shreveport, according to a probable cause statement from police.
On July 31, the Monroe Police Department were called to the scene of the accident, where they found a woman with a serious head on the ground.
Witness alleged to officers that Long pushed down his sister, took her keys, and attempted to get away when his second sister stood in the driver’s side door and attempted to stop him, according to an arrest report.

He then sped away but crashed into a ditch across the street.
After crashing the car in a ditch across the street, Long allegedly began hitting the uninjured sister. Responding officers had to deploy their tasers to detain Long inside his home after he resisted arrest.
