Louisiana man shot victim, then ran him over with his Jeep, cops say

A man has been arrested after he shot a man during a fight then ran the victim over with his car, police said.
Romullus Noyes, 22, has been arrested on a charge of second-degree murder in connection to the incident, KTBS 3 reported.
The alleged homicide happened around 4 a.m. on Feb. 15 at the Economy Inn on Westwood Park Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana, according to KTBS 3.
Officers found the victim, Jermond Lewis, 41, with multiple gunshot wounds, KTBS 3 reported.

He was taken to Ochsner LSU Health Hospital, where he later died, according to KTBS 3.
Officers found Noyes in his Jeep SUV in the parking lot, KTBS 3 reported.
Witnesses told police Lewis and another person were involved in a fight, according to KTBS 3.
Noyes reportedly interjected himself into the fight, pulled out a gun, shot Lewis. Then, he ran Lewis over with his Jeep, KTBS 3 reported.
Noyes was booked into the Shreveport County Jail and no bond has been set, according to KTBS 3.
