The caller reported a man threw another man to the ground, according to court documents obtained by KLAS-TV.

The suspect, later identified as 31-year-old Colin Czech, then started eating the other man’s face at a bus stop, police allege in the documents.

Responding officers noted Czech had “biological matter in his hair, mouth and on his clothing,” according to the court documents, which also show the suspect claimed the victim had attacked him.

Authorities said the victim, identified by KLAS as Kenneth Brown, was bleeding from the head. He was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Officials said Brown suffered a significant cut to his head, and one of his eyes was missing.
