‘I’m going to put a baby in you': Man allegedly solicited 13-year-old girls outside their school

A Tennessee man was taken into custody after he allegedly shouted lewd phrases to a group of 13-year-old girls leaving classes for the day.

According to a Chattanooga Police report obtained by WTVC, on Nov. 15, Christopher Andrew Webb was outside Howard School shortly after 3 p.m. when he shouted at the girls “I’m going to put a baby in you!” and "Come have sex with me!"

A grandmother picking up her granddaughter at the school told police the three teenagers were “looking panicked” as Webb allegedly followed them and shouted "You look like my daughter, come have sex with me” and other inappropriate phrases.

The grandmother said she told Webb to stay away from her and the girls. When the grandmother got her granddaughter into her car, she said, Webb allegedly pointed at the child and said he needed “that one” but added he would have sex with any of the three teenage girls as well.

Police arrested Webb and charged him with solicitation of a minor, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
