Video along the Florida Gulf Coast reportedly shows a one-year-old girl inhaling marijuana and the child's teenage babysitter is charged with providing it, according to authorities.

Naledi Roberts, 17, was arrested in Pinellas County Friday on felony child abuse charges, police said.

A Sheriff's Office statement said that Roberts' friend, who is 16, asked Roberts to watch over her young daughter.

Roberts first claimed to authorities she smoked a joint close to the baby, but did not put it to her lips.

Authorities say they found video showing otherwise. After further questioning, Roberts reportedly admitted placing the marijuana cigarette in the girl's mouth, then her own, officials said.

Roberts reportedly had no explanation for her behavior, authorities say.
