Marilyn Manson Accused Of Sexual Assault Of Minor In Lawsuit

Rock singer Marilyn Manson has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor, according to a lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, submitted in Texas, Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, of "grooming and sexually attacking" and underage girl multiple times in the 1990s. He also is accused of threatening to kill the girl if she told anybody about the incidents.
Interscope Records and Nothing Records are also listed as defendants in the lawsuit.
In the suit, the woman is label as Jane Doe, who said she met Manson at one of his shows in 1995 and wound up in a sexual encounter. The suit claims that other young women were also taken onto his tour bus.
According to the lawsuit, when the girls got onto the tour bus, "Manson asked their age and school grade, and tape-recorded their home addresses and telephone number."
The suit states that Manson went on to perform number sex acts on the plaintiff, who was a virgin then, "consisting of however not restricted to required copulation and vaginal penetration.
According to the lawsuit, Manson "chuckled" at the girl when he was done before telling her to "get the f*** off my bus."
The suit states that the plaintiff began using alcohol and drugs soon after the incident.
Manson kept in touch with Jane Doe, according to the suit, and requested naked pictures from her. The suit states that he met her in New Orleans and became "more aggressive" during sexual encounters.
Representatives for Manson have not commented on the lawsuit.
