A suspect has been charged in connection to multiple incidents of being a peeping Tom, police said.
Last week, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Frederick Michael McPhatter in connection to the case.
On Aug. 21, residents of a home in Waldorf, Maryland, saw a man who appeared to be naked from the waist down by a fence in their yard. Video surveillance showed the naked man looking into a window and then performing a sex act.

The suspect was seen on other footage doing the same thing other times at the house, according to the sheriff’s office.
In one case, a child was home during the incident but did not see anything, authorities said.
Investigators identified McPhatter as the suspect and he was arrested. He was linked to a similar case in 2019, authorities said. He was charged with trespassing, peeping Tom, indecent exposure and stalking.
