Drug deal gone wrong ends with man dead and suspect in cuffs: cops
A bad drug deal in Maryland left a man dead and a suspect accused of murder.
On Feb. 19, police from the Prince George County police in Maryland went to a home for a report of a vehicle that crashed into the residence.
When officers arrived, they found Jonathan Jamison Jr. in the driver’s seat with a gunshot wound to his upper body, according to Prince George County police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say the suspect, Preston Hollis Jr., knew Jamison and the shooting happened during a drug deal.
Hollis was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. He was booked into jail and is being held without bond.
