Woman Ran Over, Killed Man Who Asked Her For Sex: Report

A woman is accused of mowing down a man during a domestic dispute.

Around 3 p.m. on April 10, Baltimore County police in Maryland responded to a crash with injuries.

When officers arrived, they found Joseph Dawson, 52, hurt, according to police. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Detectives learned Dawson was in an argument with Katie Foster, 25, before the collision.

During the dispute, Foster hit Dawson with a car and then left the scene.

WBAL reported that Foster told police that she smoked cocaine with Dawson when he propositioned her for sex. Foster declined and then got into another car. Foster said Dawson chased after her and got into a fight with another man.

That is when Foster jumped in the car and ran over Dawson.

"We do not believe this was an accident we believe this was an intentional act committed by Ms. Foster," Baltimore County Det. Trae Corbin said, according to WBAL.

Foster was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. She is currently being held in jail without bond.
