A man is accused of shooting two brothers in the front yard of a house, killing one, police said.
Last week, police in the Memphis, Tennessee, area arrested Mancellous Perry in connection to the shooting.
On Aug. 19, police said Perry got into an argument that turned physical with brothers Joseph and Jalen Faulkner. The argument happened at a house on Whisper Valley Drive, according to WREG.
There was no word on what the argument was over.
Perry left in an SUV but returned and shot both brothers, according to WREG. Joseph Faulkner was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other brother was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
A third person was inside the home and witnessed the shooting.
