Convict On Parole For Stabbing A Homeless Man Threw A Woman Over A Bridge To Her Death, Police Say

A man on parole for the stabbing of a homeless victim is now accused of murder after tossing a woman over a bridge, police said.
This week, police in Columbia, Missouri, arrested Jessie R. Williams, 31, in connection to the case.
Columbia police spokesman Christian Tabak said around 6:45 p.m. on Oct. 4, police responded to a call of a man who threw a woman over a bridge on to a highway.
Officers arrived and found the victim in the woods. She was taken to the hospital, where she died from her injuries, Tabak said. Her name has not been released.
Witnesses provided a suspect description and officers found a man, Williams, who matched the details nearby. He initially resisted arrested but was taken into custody.

Williams was released on parole in 2018 in connection to the stabbing of a homeless man, Tabak said.
