A mom in Florida has been arrested after she allegedly sent threatening and profanity-laden messages to a girl her pre-teen daughter was having problems with at school, according to authorities.
An investigation began in January after the mother of an 11-year-old girl contacted police regarding a series of messages on TikTok her daughter received from the mom of a classmate at Okeeheelee Middle School in Greenacres, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by WOFL-TV.
According to the mother, her daughter and the other girl had problems with each other, but they worked them out through mediators at the school. However, she said the mother of the other girl did not move on, officials said.
Authorities said they reviewed the messages allegedly sent by the mother, later identified as 28-year-old Paola Zarate Lassalle.
According to the affidavit, the first message started with a wave emoji and said, “Wake up lil girl if u want problems u got them f*** you your momma and u got a dad so yeah b**** f*** with [daughter’s name] one more time and I promise u your mom and anybody that wants to get they a** whooped let me know because I’ll go to ur home don’t play with her.”
The girl received several more messages, including one where Zarate Lassalle gave her address and phone number and said they should meet up to fight, the affidavit alleges.

Officials said investigators were able to tie the TikTok account sending the messages to Zarate Lassalle.
