Mother’s boyfriend accused of kidnapping her 2-year-old child in Pennyslvania.

A mother’s boyfriend has been arrested after he allegedly kidnapped her 2-year-old son.
Around 11 a.m. Oct. 2, Byron Harris Jr., 2, was reportedly in the care of his mother’s boyfriend, Xavier Brown, 36. Brown did not return the child as expected, according to Allegheny County police.
Brown was found to be wanted by the Pennsylvania State Parole Board for a violation of the terms of his release.
Around 7:40 a.m. Oct. 3, officers of the Braddock Police Department requested investigative assistance from county police.
Around 10:45 a.m., Harris Jr. and Brown were found in the 20 block of Uxor Way, located in Pittsburgh’s South Side neighborhood. Harris Jr. appeared to be unharmed, according to authorities.
Brown was charged with interference in the custody of a child, concealing the whereabouts of a child and kidnapping.
Brown is currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail awaiting arraignment.
