Shooting At California Motorcycle Club Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Others Hurt, Police Say

A shooting at a California motorcycle club left one person dead, but police haven’t said what led to the deadly encounter.
On Oct. 1, police in Fresno, California, responded to the Soul Brothers Motorcycle Club for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found a 41-year-old man who had been shot.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Two other men were taken to the hospital by private vehicles. A 43-year-old man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries from a gunshot, police said. Darnell Johnson was also a victim of a gunshot, but he died from his injuries, police said.
Investigators identified Antoine Cardine, 33, as the suspect and he was arrested this week. He was charged with murder.
Police have not released a motive but stated the investigation is ongoing.
