Police arrested Omar Arce, 32, and 33-year-old Jose Alberto Flores-Huerta on murder, attempted murder and numerous other charges and issued arrest warrants for Osvaldo “Willie” Pedraza, 34, and Victor Pedraza, 32.

Early in the morning hours of Sept. 16, Isidro Cortez, 28, of Queens, New York, went to Pat’s King of Steaks with his 64-year-old father and a friend following a soccer match between Philadelphia Union and Club America they attended earlier at Subaru Stadium in Chester, WTXF-TV reported.

While outside the restaurant, the father and son got into an argument with the four suspects, who were seen in surveillance video wearing Club America jerseys.

The fight escalated and the men got into a physical altercation with Cortez, his father and friend. Authorities, who noted alcohol may have played a part in the incident, released video showing Cortez getting punched, kicked and hit with a trash can lid, resulting in his death.

The victim’s father and the 28-year-old friend were hospitalized with major injuries following the incident.

As FrontPageDetectives previously reported, Cortez's death is the second fatality at Pat's King of Steaks in the past two months. On July 22, Paul Burkert, 36, of Reading, allegedly shot and killed David Padro, 23, of Camden, New Jersey, over a parking spot dispute.

Anyone with information on the September fight and the four men involved is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Department's Homicide Unit at (215) 686-3334, or leave an anonymous tip at (215) 686-TIPS.
