Murder suspect arrested while walking his dog in Baltimore, cops say

A murder suspect was arrested while he was walking his dog in Maryland, police said.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office charged Alton William Cumbo, Jr. with fatally shooting a man driving in Joppatowne, Maryland, FOX Baltimore reported.
Cumbo, 23, allegedly shot and killed William James Doran, 29, while Doran was driving on Dembytown Road at 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 10, according to FOX Baltimore.
Police say the two knew each other, and Cumbo had threatened Doran earlier in the day, FOX Baltimore reported.
Doran was taken to UM Upper Chesapeake Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, according to FOX Baltimore.
Cumbo was arrested at around 6:30 a.m. on Dec. 15 in a residential part of Towson, Maryland, FOX Baltimore reported. He was apprehended as he was taking his pup for a walk.
He is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault and second-degree assault, according to FOX Baltimore.
