Teen Gunned Down Near North Carolina ATM, Suspect Arrested A Month Later

A teenager was shot dead in North Carolina, and a month later, police say they arrested the suspected killer.
On May 13, police in Fayetteville, North Carolina, responded to a CashPoints ATM after a 17-year-old was shot several times.
The name of the victim has not been released. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Investigators identified Lamon Isaiah Townsend, 21, as a suspect in the case. He was arrested on June 29 in South Carolina by the U.S. Marshals.
Townsend now faces a first-degree murder charge and awaits extradition to North Carolina.
Investigators have not released a motive in the shooting.
