Argument leads to shots fired in North Carolina and 79-year-old facing murder charge

An argument between a man and woman in North Carolina led to shots fired. Police said the woman was killed and a 79-year-old is accused of murder.
Around 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 2, police said officers responded to a call in Williamston, North Carolina, concerning shots being fired.
At the scene, authorities said they found Brenda Wilson dead on the floor of a gunshot wound.
Police said they found 79-year-old James Earl Best also at the home and after talking with him, they learned he and Wilson got into an argument and he ended up shooting her, WNCT reported.
Best was arrested and has been charged with an open count of murder, officials said. He was booked into jail with no bond.
