On Oct. 13, cops said off-duty officer Yvonne Wu, 31, ambushed her ex, 23-year-old Jenny Li, and allegedly opened fire on her and the woman she had reportedly begun seeing, Jamie Liang, 24, when they arrived at the Bensonhurst residence around 5 p.m.

“When the cops get there, she says, ‘I shot them both. The gun’s inside,’ calm as can be,” a source told The New York Post.

Police said they found Liang in the living room suffering a gunshot wound to the chest, while Li was in a bedroom and hit in the torso. Liang was pronounced dead at an area hospital. Li is expected to survive her wounds.

On Oct. 14, authorities charged Wu, a five-year NYPD veteran, with murder and attempted murder.

Wu and Li reportedly dated for around two years but recently broke up, police said.

“She was still staying there on and off,” the source told The Post. “She was still staying there some nights. It’s not that strange, maybe she thought it could still work out.”
