Almost two years after a road rage incident on New Year’s Day left a man dead, police say they have caught the suspect.
Last week, police in Henderson, Nevada, announced they arrested 29-year-old Marquis White in connection to the case.
Around 6:30 on Jan. 1, 2021, police responded to an intersection for a crash where gunshots were also reported.
When police arrived, they found a 35-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his legs. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition and died about two weeks later, police said.

Investigators said two cars were involved in a rear-end collision and pulled to the side of the road to exchange information.
Police say one driver, White, got angry, acted as if a fight was about to begin and pulled out a gun and shot and killed the victim.
He then fled the area before police arrived. White was arrested earlier this month and charged with open murder.
