Man Found Shot To Death In Car, Suspect Now Faces Murder Charges, Officials Say
A man in New Jersey is accused of shooting and killing a 31-year-old earlier this month.
Last week, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey announced charges against Jason Mcallister, 20. He surrendered himself to police in connection to a fatal May 17 shooting.
The victim was identified as 31-year-old Luis Vazquez-Garcia.
Around 9:30 p.m. on May 17, police responded to a reported shooting in Camden, New Jersey, according to prosecutors. When officers arrived, they found Vazquez-Garcia with gunshot wounds. The victim was inside a vehicle.

Vazquez-Garcia was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators identified Mcallister as the suspect but have not released a motive.
Mcallister now faces murder and weapon offenses, prosecutors said.
