New York man calls 911 using different name moments after murdering his dad: report

A New York man fatally stabbed his father, then called 911 and used a different name to report him dead, police say.
Danny Ramos, 33, was accused of stabbing his dad in the neck at his father’s residence on May 15, authorities said.
After stabbing his father, police said Danny called police from the apartment, gave them a different name and reported the death.
Police were called to the apartment around 3:45 a.m. on May 5 and found David O. Ramos, 73, dead, according to authorities.
Police have not shared any other details about what led to the fatal stabbing.
Danny was arrested on May 16 and was charged with second-degree murder in connection with his father’s death, police said.
Danny was booked into the Monroe County Jail without bail and is scheduled to be in court on May 20.
