Hezekiah Burch was arrested on March 29 after a sex abuse investigation revealed he had allegedly been having sex with a child, according to the Batavia Police Department.
From the investigation, police say they charged Burch with two counts of first-degree rape with forcible compulsion, first-degree sex abuse with forcible compulsion and attempted first-degree sex abuse with forcible compulsion.
