New York Suspect Accused of Fatally Stabbing Man in Head

A New York man has been arrested and charged after another man was killed with a stab wound to the head, police said.
Around 12:30 p.m. on June 4, officers responded to an incident in Poughkeepsie, according to the Daily Voice.
Once at the scene, officers found 24-year-old Dontay McKarl Brown stabbed once in the head and bystanders were performing lifesaving measures on him.
Brown was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to officials.
An autopsy was completed and determined Brown died from a single stab wound to the head, authorities said.
With the help of the New York Police Department, officials were able to arrest 32-year-old Andrew Alex Fraser in Brooklyn, the Daily Voice reported.

Fraser was brought back to Poughkeepsie and is awaiting arraignment on a charge of second-degree murder, officials said.
The incident is still under investigation and no motive has been issued.
