Teachers Aide In N.Y. Had Sexual Contact With Two Students, Cops Say
A teacher’s aide in New York faces charges after police said she had sexual contact with two students.
This week the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office announced they arrested Melissa Demmin, 33, in connection to the case.
A deputy at a Niagara Academy took a report that stated Demmin had engaged in unwanted sexual contact with two male students, according to the sheriff’s office. Demmin was a teacher’s aide at the school.

The alleged incidents happened in 2022.
Police investigated and then arrested, Demmin. There was no word on the ages of the victim.
She was charged with third-degree criminal sexual act and one count of third-degree sexual abuse.
