82-Year-Old Man Claimed His Wife Fatally Stabbed Herself, Police Said It Was Murder

An 82-year-old man called 911 to say his wife killed herself, but police say he was a murderer.
Around 4 p.m. on Sept. 15, police in Roswell, New Mexico, responded to a home for a reported suicide. The officers found 80-year-old Judith Miller dead in the home, police said, with a stab wound.
Her husband, 82-year-old Bruce Miller, called 911 and told police that her wound was self-inflicted.

However, investigators determined her death was a homicide.
On Sept. 28, Bruce Miller was arrested on murder and other charges. He was then booked into jail.
No motive has been released in the case.
