A 60-year-old man was gunned down at a New Mexico park and now a teen faces murder charges.
Last week, police in Santa Fe, New Mexico, announced the arrest of Judah Elijah Trujillo, 16. He was charged in connection to the death of Samuel Cordero, 60.
On Aug. 10, police responded to Ragle Park for a report of an unconscious man, later identified as Cordero, according to the Albuquerque Journal. Cordero died from at least one gunshot wound.
Police identified Trujillo as the suspect, and he was arrested last week.
Authorities charged him with first-degree murder and tampering with evidence. He was then booked into a juvenile detention center.
No motive has been released in the case.
