Talk about the wrong order.
A man pulled a gun on a pizza man who tried to make a delivery at his house, one the suspect did not order, police said.
Recently, police in Saugerties, New York, arrested Ralph F. Carpino III in connection to the case, according to the Daily Freeman.
Around 10:15 p.m. on July 30, police responded to a 911 call for a person who pulled a gun on a Domino’s pizza driver, according to the report.
Investigators said Carpino pointed a loaded handgun at the delivery driver, who was making a delivery to his home. But Carpino did not order the pizza.
Authorities said a family member ordered the pizza and had it delivered to the home, according to the Daily Freeman.
Carpino was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
