Members of Ohio Motorcycle Club Allegedly Beat Up Elderly Victim, Left Him Lying on the Street, Police Say

An 81-year-old Ohio man was allegedly assaulted and found lying on the sidewalk and three members of a biker group are responsible, according to authorities.
During the evening of June 2, officials were notified regarding an elderly man found lying on the sidewalk in Portsmouth, according to Scioto County Daily News.
First responders arrived at the scene and discovered the injured victim, whose name has not been released, and quickly transported him to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The victim underwent surgeries for his injuries, police said.
Investigators determined three individuals associated with the Portsmouth Motorcycle Club were responsible for the assault, the Daily News reported.
Officials said the three suspects targeted the victim as he was exiting a local food establishment, but the motive for the assault is unknown.
Security footage was obtained, which showed the suspects approaching the victim and forcefully pushing him to the ground. Then the suspects left the scene with the victim lying on the street, according to the Daily News.

The Scioto County Grand Jury issued indictments for the three suspects: Justin White, 37; Timothy Clifford, 51; and Robert Lunsford, 37.
On June 28, White and Clifford were arrested and charged with felony obstruction of justice, officials said.

Lunsford, who remains at large at this time, was charged with felonious assault, aggravated assault and obstruction of justice, authorities said.
