A man is accused of punching his sister’s fiancé and killing the victim. Now, police said they have charged the alleged attacker with murder.
Around 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 19, police in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, responded to a reported assault at an apartment complex. When police arrived, they found Tylor Adams with a serious head injury.
He was taken to the hospital, where he died the next day, police said.
Witnesses said Brandon Suddath punched Adams, who was his sister’s fiancé, in the jaw, according to KOTV. Adams hit his head on the floor and suffered a skull fracture.
The witnesses also said Sudduth believed his sister was being abused and attacked, according to the report. But Adams’ family said the accusations were untrue.
Sudduth fled after the alleged attack.
Last week, Pryor Creek police announced that Sudduth was arrested in Oklahoma City and would be transported to Mayes County to face charges.
