One man was killed and another person was injured in a shooting in Oklahoma. While the man who fired the shots is known, it’s the injured person who faces murder charges.
On Nov. 6, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation started to investigate a shooting in Rural Seminole County.
Local police responded after a reported shooting and found Russel Bolen, 33, dead, according to the bureau.
Robie Watters, 52, was also injured in the shooting and taken to the hospital, authorities said.
Daniel Sisco told police that both Bolen and Watters pointed guns at him, so he shot both, the bureau noted.
This week, police announced they arrested Watters after his release from the hospital. He faces second-degree murder and a host of other charges. Sisco has not been charged.
Police did not say what led the two people to allegedly point guns at Sisco.
