Kentucky Man Arrested For Murder, Public Intoxication After Shooting Victim With Pellet Gun During Fight: Cops
A suspect in Kentucky is behind bars for murder and public intoxication after he allegedly shot and killed another man with a pellet gun, police said.
Around 5 p.m. on Nov. 28, officers with the Beaver Dam Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in Ohio County, WEVV reported.
At the scene, officers found 32-year-old Jared Ringkor suffering a gunshot wound to the chest and began CPR until paramedics arrived and rushed him to an area hospital.
Ringkor was later pronounced dead from his injuries and the suspect, Bradley Durbin, 35, was placed under arrest for murder in connection with the incident.
According to officials, the victim and suspect were in a fight when Durbin allegedly shot Ringkor with the pellet gun.
Durbin was being held at the Ohio County jail on a $1 million bond.
