Fight At A Pennsylvania Nightclub Ends With One Dead, Another Accused Of Homicide
A man in Pennsylvania faces murder charges in connection to a fatal shooting at a nightclub, officials said.
Last week, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced 11 charges against Tyler Jamar Wilson. He was charged in connection to the killing of Jatavis Scott at Club Twenty3 in Manheim Township, Pennsylvania.
His charges include criminal homicide.
Around 1:30 a.m. on March 19, an altercation between Wilson and Scott started inside the club, according to prosecutors. Security moved the two men outside to the parking lot. Investigators did not say what started the fight.
The groups were separated until Wilson started to follow Scott.
The two started to fight again, it was broken up, then it restarted, prosecutors said. That is when shots were fired.
People fled the area and Scott collapsed. He was shot in the chest and died from his injuries.
