A 73-year-old woman was murdered in December 2020, and now years later, three family members have been arrested in connection to the case.
This week, the Chester County District Attorney’s Office in Pennsylvania announced the arrest in connection to the murder of Ira Solomona.
Raheem Pinder, Dayvon Pinder and Nathaniel Pinder, were called with murder, robbery, burglary, conspiracy and other counts, prosecutors said. The three suspects are all related.
Around 1 p.m. on Dec. 29, police responded to a report of a dead person. When they arrived at a home, they found Solomon on the floor.
She was in a pool of blood and a gunshot wound to the head, prosecutors said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police found other items in the house, including a miniature baseball bad beside her body.
Detectives determined that Solomon was a target of a robbery.
A witness admitted he introduced Dayvon and Nathanial Pinder to the victim. The witness added on the day of the murder, the Pinders accused him of owing money and pulling a handgun, prosecutors said.
Police gathered evidence, including DNA and this month confirmed it belonged to some of the suspects, prosecutors said. The three suspects were all arrested this month.
