70-year-old beaten to death during carjacking in Philadelphia, 18-year-old charged: police

An 18-year-old has been arrested for allegedly carjacking a man and beating him to death in Philadelphia.
On Dec. 2, on the 3000 block of Teesdale Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, police found 70-year-old Chung Chin lying in the street, PHL 17 reported.
Chin was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital by police, where doctors placed him in critical condition, according to PHL 17.
He died weeks later as a result of his injuries, PHL 17 reported.
During the investigation, police discovered Chin was beaten to death by teenagers trying to carjack him, according to PHL 17.

John Nusselen, 18, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with murder, PHL 17 reported.
Cops say they are still searching for others involved in this case and that the other suspects may be juveniles, according to PHL 17.
