Itzel Espinoza was found shot and killed inside a vehicle in the early morning of July 3, according to ABC 15 Arizona.
The car was located in an alley near Southern and 35th Avenue in Phoenix, ABC 15 Arizona reported.

"My daughter, she posted him on social media a week before this saying: 'that's my brother.' Are you serious? She said, 'that's my brother,'" Eduardo Espinoza, the victim’s father, told ABC 15 Arizona.
A 16-year-old boy was also arrested and booked into the Durango Juvenile Detention Center. The name of that teen has not been released by police.
A third suspect has been identified as Lindsey B. Aguilar, 18. Police say she pulled the trigger, according to ABC 15 Arizona.
