Police say a Pennsylvania man was behind bars after he jumped over a post office counter and allegedly attacked a postal employee because his package had not been delivered.
Around 1 p.m. on March 25, officers were called to the Marietta Post Office regarding a postal worker lying behind the counter bleeding, according to the Susquehanna Regional Police Department.
Responding officers found the dazed and confused victim, who claimed the suspect jumped over the counter and punched them in the face several times, knocking them unconscious.
The victim told police that the suspect was angry because he hadn’t received a package he thought should have arrived, authorities said.
