Virginia man accused of raping 16-year-old girl, abducting her after she tried to get her phone back: Police
A suspect was arrested in connection to the sexual assault and abduction of a 16-year-old girl in Virginia, authorities said.
About 10 a.m. on March 12, Ivan Santiago Guzman Velasquez, 18, allegedly went to the victim’s home in Woodbridge and entered her bedroom via an unsecured window, Prince William County police said.
Velasquez is accused of then grabbing the teenager by her neck and sexually assaulting and then fleeing the residence with the girl’s phone, according to police.
When the victim followed her alleged attacker in an attempt to get her phone back, police claimed Velasquez forced her into his vehicle, drove her to his house and then raped her a second time.

Velasquez was charged with two counts of rape, and one count each of strangulation, object sexual penetration, and abduction.
He was being held without bond.
