Earlier that morning, Faulk and Senegal got into the argument over rent and other household expenses, and Faulk allegedly stabbed the victim in the neck and back, according to police.

Faulk then phoned 911 to report the incident and told the dispatcher he was heading to an area 7-Eleven, police said.

Faulk allegedly claimed Senegal had threatened to fight him, police said, according to the outlet.

The suspect was being held at the Clark County Detention Center, jail records show.
