Alabama Man Accused Of Fatally Shooting His Cousin Taken Into Custody
A man in Alabama is suspected of recently killing his cousin, authorities said.
Officers with the Mobile Police Department took Drayson Stone Kelly, 25, into custody in connection with the slaying of 32-year-old Gilbert Rudolph Bohannon III, WALA reported.
Kelly was charged with murder and booked into jail.
The victim was found shot multiple times around 7:30 a.m. on Dec. 15.
According to the Call News, the victim was shot at a separate location the day before and then his body was discarded along the road.
Police have not released a motive in connection to the killing.
Kelly was already in jail when the body was found, as he was arrested on a harassment charge the same day, according to the Call News.
