Florida Man Allegedly Shot Man In Jeep During Dispute, Pushed Him From Vehicle, Police Say
A Florida man is accused of shooting another man who was in a Jeep Cherokee with him outside a Dollar Store in Florida, police said.
Around 9:20 p.m. on Dec. 14, Marquis Murrell, 26, stopped the vehicle after a dispute and told the victim to get out. When the victim refused, Murrell allegedly shot him in the abdomen, police in Lake City said, WCJB reported.
Murrell then allegedly pushed the victim out of the Jeep.

The victim was transported to an area hospital.
Murrell faces charges of aggravated battery in connection with the incident. He was booked into jail after his arrest.
Police have not disclosed the nature of the argument between the suspect and victim.
