Gunfire in Michigan home leaves one man injured, 2-year-old girl dead, police say

Gunfire erupted inside a Michigan home and police say it left one man injured and a 2-year-old child dead.
Around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 9, police and fire crews were called to a home in Wyoming, Michigan, for a report of gunfire inside the home, according to authorities.
At the scene, police said they found a child dead from a round fired inside the home.
The child was later identified by the family as 2-year-old Khalise Lynn Brewer, WZZM 13 reported.
Officials said a man was also injured inside the home by a gunshot wound and he was taken to a local hospital under police supervision.
According to authorities, everyone involved in the incident has been located and the weapon used has been recovered.
The investigation is ongoing and in the early stages, so police say the motive of the shooting is unclear right now. Police have not announced any arrests
