2 men in Alabama shot dead blocks and hours from each other in unrelated shootings, police say
Police arrested a suspected gunman and a second remains on the loose two people were shot dead within blocks of each other in seemingly separate and unrelated shootings.
On Oct. 2, police in Montgomery took Ric'Kel Osborne, 26, into custody and charged him with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of Terrence Soles, 34, just before 1 a.m.
Soles was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Osborne is being held on $150,000 bond at the Montgomery County Detention Facility. Police have not released further information on the circumstances surrounding the alleged murder.
Later the same day Soles died, the Montgomery Advertiser reported, N'Guana Hill, 47, was also fatally shot just after 5 p.m. and pronounced dead blocks away from Osborne’s slaying. An investigation into Hill's murder continues.
