Alleged Stalker accused of hiding in attic, secretly filming woman he met on adult subscription service OnlyFans
A man was found hiding in the attic at a New Hampshire woman’s house after he recently met her online via the adult subscription service OnlyFans, authorities said.
According to the Somersworth Police Department, officers responded to the residence around 4:43 a.m. on Feb. 9 after a caller reported hearing someone.
Officers on scene located 20-year-old Mauricio Damian Guerrero of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, “on the roof of the residence,” police said, claiming the suspect “entered the home with the intent to commit theft and invasion of privacy."
According to court documents unsealed on Feb. 28 and obtained by The Miami Herald, Guerrero allegedly filmed the woman while she slept and detectives said they found multiple videos of her on his phone.
The victim told investigators she believed the suspect had been in her attic for a while, and they later found food, headphones and a cup of urine in the space as well as a Tile Bluetooth tracking device, the affidavit states
The woman said her alleged stalker “seemed nice at first” when they met online in October, according to the affidavit.
“She gave him her address because he wanted to buy her a TV and fireplace…She never really wanted to meet him, but he was very pushy and eventually she was walking to her car and noticed a car pulled over close to her. She saw him ducking and hiding inside his car,” police wrote in the affidavit.
According to the document, Guerrero allegedly claimed to officers the woman “wanted a man to be obsessed with her and stalk her” and he had planned “to put [the Tile] in her car to track her.”
Guerrero was charged with four counts of burglary and was released on strict bail conditions, Deputy Strafford County Attorney Emily Garod told WCVB5.
