Teen Pizza Hut Employee ‘Scarred for Life’ After Supervisor Allegedly Sexually Assaulted Her, Sheriff Says

A manager at a Pizza Hut restaurant in Florida has been arrested after he allegedly sent nude photos to a minor employee before sexually assaulting her inside the restaurant’s bathroom, authorities said.

On Aug. 22, officers responded to a Pizza Hut in Osceola and the alleged victim, a 16-year-old employee, claimed 32-year-old Calvin Cooke followed her inside a restroom and locked the door, WOFL reported.

“He told the victim to clean the female bathroom," Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez said at a press conference. "When the victim went into the bathroom he followed her and shut the door. While in the bathroom he committed sex acts upon the victim.”

Another employee at the restaurant reportedly noticed what was happening and told the girl’s parents when they came to pick her up from work, WOFL reported.

Lopez said, “They [girl's parents] called 911. When detectives spoke to the victim she said she was worried about making him upset and was concerned about her job.”

Cooke has been accused of flirting with the teen on Snapchat shortly after she started working at the restaurant, officials said, who added he then allegedly offered her an electronic cigarette before sexually assaulting her.

According to authorities, the teen had only been working at the Pizza Hut for a few weeks when the incident allegedly occurred.

Cooke reportedly admitted that he knew the victim was underage, officials said.

“This child – 16 – she’s going to be scarred for life," Sheriff Lopez said.

Cooke was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, unlawful sexual activity with a minor, transmitting information harmful to a minor, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device, according to authorities.

Officials said they are concerned there may be additional victims and Sheriff Lopez wants to “make sure [Cooke's] held accountable and responsible if he has committed these acts on anybody else."
