A man in Tennessee has been arrested after he allegedly lured a woman over to his house to play Nintendo, but then tied her up, gagged her and violently raped her, according to authorities.
On Feb. 14, William Hall Judice, 32, and the victim, whose name has not been released, talked online for just a few minutes before the victim agreed to meet Judice at his West Nashville apartment so they could play Nintendo, WSMV reported.
Officials said Judice and the victim had never met in person prior to that evening.
The victim arrived at Judice’s apartment and he started talking about his “sexual interests,” authorities said. He then invited the victim into his bedroom, but she “was under the impression they were going to be playing Nintendo, as it was in the bedroom and had been mentioned in the messages.”
Once in the bedroom, Judice allegedly attacked the victim, got on top of her and then used rope to bind her arms and legs, according to WSMV. He also allegedly gagged the victim.
The victim struggled to get out of the ropes, as Judice threatened her, saying, “Don’t make me make this tighter,” police said. Judice then “violently raped” the victim while he repeatedly told her to “shut up.”
The victim sustained multiple injuries from the alleged sexual assault and hailed an Uber to take her to the hospital once she got out of the apartment, WKRN reported.
At the hospital, medical staff reported she sustained three internal lacerations and had to undergo immediate emergency surgery, according to WKRN. The victim reportedly had to stay at the hospital for several days because of the severity of her injuries.

WKRN reported that Judice claimed the sex was consensual and filed his own police report, but it is unclear what he was reporting.
Judice was booked into the Metro-Davidson County Detention Facility and charged with three counts of aggravated rape resulting in bodily injury, officials said. He was being held on $225,000 bond.
