Gunfire erupted between cars in Tennessee and now police say they have two teens in custody in connection to the case.
Around 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 15, police in Clarksville, Tennessee, responded to a shooting at Pine Mountain Road and Woodbridge Drive. When officers arrived, they found 19-year-old Emmanuel Allen Jr. shot.
He was taken by helicopter to the hospital, where he died, police said.
Investigators identified 18-year-old William Jamal Brown as a suspect. He was arrested and charged with criminal homicide, police said. A 15-year-old male was also detained, and more charges are pending.
Police said the shooting was not random and was between cars. The occupants of both cars knew each other. A motive hasn’t been released in the case.
