Manhunt underway for suspect in shooting of 14-year-old at laundromat parking lot

A suspect is wanted in the “senseless killing” of a 14-year-old in a laundromat parking lot in Tennessee, police say as they ask for help finding the alleged killer.
The shooting happened around 9 p.m. Sept. 13 in the parking lot of Duck River Laundry in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
Police say they’ve identified the shooter as Horatio Lewis Rice, and warrants are for his arrest on a charge of first-degree murder are active, according to Shelbyville police.
A second person, Michael Anthony Caldwell, has been identified as a person of interest who police would like to speak with, police noted.
Rice and Caldwell should be considered armed and dangerous, according to police.
The name of the teenage victim has not been released. Police have also not announced a motive for the killing in the parking lot.
