71-Year-Old Woman Punched In The Face During Argument, Texas Police Say

A suspect is accused of punching an elderly woman in the face during an argument, police said.
On Aug. 26, deputies with the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 office in Texas responded to a home for a disturbance. When deputies arrived, they spoke to the victim, a 71-year-old woman.
Investigators said the suspect, Dana Capra, punched the woman in the face during an argument, deputies said.

There was no word on what the argument was about.
"Dana Capra was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to the Elderly. Her bond was set at $3,000.00 out of the 337th District Court,” said Constable Mark Herman.
The victim’s current condition is unknown.
