Man Allegedly Killed Two People Then Called 911 To Report Himself. Police Haven't Said Why The Suspect Turned To Murder.

Moments after shooting two people to death, a man called 911 to report himself, police said.
Last week, police arrested Noe Ibarra in connection to the case. He has been charged with capital murder.
Around 10:45 p.m. on July 12, the Hays County Sheriff’s Office got a call from Ibarra, who said he shot two people. The call came from a home in Kyler, Texas, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies went to the area and found two men dead from gunshot wounds. The names of the victims have not been released.
Ibarra was taken into custody at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office.
Police continue to investigate, and no motive has been released in the case. Ibarra is being held in jail.
